Carlos is a frequent speaker in Europe, Latin America and Asia on the subjects of marketplace ministry, faith and work; and releasing the God-given purpose, calling and destiny for your life. In addition to having a solid experience as a pastor, Carlos has had a career in business, broadcasting and communications.

Carlos is Founder and President of Ethnoslink International, an organization with operations in the United States, Spain and Guatemala, whose purpose is to disciple, equip and mobilize men and women to discover, activate and fulfill their calling and ministry through their strategic positioning within the spheres of influence in the marketplaces of the nation. Carlos is also co-founder and president of the Center for Faith and Work.

In addition, Carlos has served in a number of ministries, ecumenical committees, and various organizations in a number of nations in order to advance the role of the five-fold ministry within the Church of the 21st Century and to equip and mobilize a new generation of leaders. He has also engaged in the establishment of Ministry Equipping Centers in those nations.

Carlos, his wife Mayra and their two daughters Jessily and Bella reside in Sarasota, Florida.
