Nourish The Dream is born out of a passion to see members of the Body of Christ become all they can be.

We believe that there are many believers who are increasingly becoming aware that in order for the Kingdom of God to advance, it will require our participation 7 days a week. There are many who recognize that their gifts, talents, passions, and even dreams must be used… and in ways that go beyond part-time Christianity.

In addition, we recognize that the Spirit of God is stirring His people to truly realize their dreams. That many sense a calling to own businesses. And that there are those who already own businesses that are awakening to the truth that God called them to the business world. And that a calling to the marketplace is not a second-class calling, but a high calling from God.

For those who find themselves in one of these categories, we applaud you. And we want to help you recognize the giftings and callings of God that are operating in your lives. We want to provide an opportunity for you to be encouraged and equipped for your full-time ministry. And we want to create an atmosphere that will allow for relationships between Kingdom-minded people to be built and strengthened.

David is the founder and CEO of Epiphany Consulting, LLC in Sarasota, Florida and is a sought-after speaker and Bible teacher with a passion for advancing the Kingdom of God through the marketplace.

He began his first foray into ministry through work in Christian radio, where he served as an on-air personality off and on for a period of several years. In 1993, he started his first company and has been an insatiable entrepreneur ever since. He spent a number of years developing and implementing technology-based automation solutions in a wide variety of industries, including legal, retail, manufacturing, wholesale, communications, healthcare, broadcasting, government and not-for-profits.

Today, he is focused on serving the needs of small- to medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations, empowering their leaders to break out of old patterns and solve the challenges that have held them back from sustainable success. He is a former Certified Total Integration™ Consultant. Through Epiphany Consulting, David provides coaching, consulting, strategic marketing services, and develops an array of products.

David has also served in traditional eccliastical ministry as Associate Pastor of The Living Sanctuary in Sarasota, Florida, a position he holds to this day. He is known for delivering challenge and inspiration to believers as they engage in advancing the Kingdom of God in day-to-day life. He is also the author of numerous articles, and publishes eChaplain.com, a resource for believers in the marketplace.

In 1998 he met and married his true love, Jill, who is an accomplished vocalist and a Speech-Language Pathologist. They have a beautiful young daughter, Grace, and enjoy life in Sarasota together. David is a musician, an avid reader, and enjoys motorcycling and technology.
